Cancellation Policy
Effective Date:
1. Cancellation by Customer
- 10 days before check-in: Full refund
- 7 days before check-in: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days or no-show: No refund
2. Cancellation by Houseboat Mart
In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather or technical issues), we will offer an alternative or issue a full refund.
3. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days via the original method of payment.
4. Changes to Booking
Rescheduling is allowed based on availability and must be requested at least 3 days in advance.
